I had a warm experience with the staff, who were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. While we didn't get to try the natural hot pool, we loved the beautiful scenery and the animals roaming the property. However, the overall appearance of the resort felt a bit neglected, which was disappointing. I wish the dining experience had met the higher expectations set by the gorgeous surroundings.
The resort is a unique spot with natural hot springs and a refreshing cold pool. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and there's an abundance of wildlife to enjoy right at the hotel. While the dining was decent, there were some repetitive elements in the food offerings. Access to the lake reserve for flamingos was a highlight, but maintenance could be better, especially in the pool area.
This resort spa is a lovely weekend escape with great amenities and a friendly atmosphere, but the dining experience could use some improvement with repetitive menu options. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, although colder floors could be a concern. The surrounding scenery and wildlife add to the charm of the place, making it a memorable stay.
My stay at the resort was filled with ups and downs. While I was lucky enough to see a massive colony of flamingos, the suite I stayed in was poorly maintained, with issues like soap scum and spiders in the bathroom. The facilities, especially the hot springs pools, were also not clean. The resort's atmosphere felt off with loud music at odd hours, which didn't suit families. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that didn't feel worth the money I spent.
I had a lovely weekend getaway at this resort. The journey there was straightforward, and I found the rooms to be quite comfortable with picturesque grounds. The dining experience was good, especially with staff that went out of their way to be helpful. However, I did notice that the floor in the room was a bit cold, and that was something of a downside.
